PopConLA will be held at the LA Convention Center from July 5th through July 8th as an extention of the International Television Festival (ITVfest). Going into its 7th year, the Festival brings in approximately 5,000 people including filmmakers, celebrities and film enthusiasts. This year the Festival will be expanding into a broader consumer-based Convention setting where the spotlight will not only be on film and television exhibition and production, but comic books, novels, music, fashion and social media. Welcome to PopCon.

 BOOTH REGULATIONS

Thursday, July 5 & Sunday, July 8, 2012

BUSINESS HOURS: All vendors must be open from 10a.m. until 8p.m. Thursday through Sunday. You may remain open later. Tear down may begin after 9 p.m. on Sunday. All booths must be removed Sunday evening.

SET UP TIMES: Tuesday, JULY 3rd After 5 pm. All vendors must be in place by 9am Thursday, July 5th Locations will be reassigned if not in place at this time without prior approval.

BOOTH LOCATIONS: A map showing the location of your booth will be sent to you via email on or before Monday, July 2nd. Placements are the sole decision of the ITVfest Executive Directors.

BOOTH SPACE: Vendor booths are placed on the LA Convention Center Exhibitor Space. Standard space is 10' deep by 10' long. If you need more than 10x10, please contact the Executive Directors to inquire about space. Please note needed space on the booth contract.

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION: You must supply your any additional booth materials. PopConLA will provide you with Table, 2 Chairs, Pipe and Drape and Corporate sign.

PRODUCTS: You cannot sell a product unless it is listed on your entry form. All merchandise must be suitable for a family-type atmosphere. Animals and second-hand merchandise may not be sold. There will be no hawking of wares. PopCon Executive Directors reserves the right to stop the sale of any item deemed inappropriate.

LIABILITY: ITVfest and PopConLA are not liable for theft or damage due to vendors leaving goods in booths overnight. Vendors do so at your own risk!

LIMITED PARKING: Parking is available at the LA Convention Center parking structure at a cost of $12.00 per car per day. Vendors are responsible for their own parking.

SALES TAX: California Dept. of Revenue requires all vendors to collect and report 9.75% sales tax. For a temporary sales tax number, call the Dept. of Revenue.

FEES: Payment must accompany booth contract. If you are paying by check, Please make check payable to ITVfest. Return to 19032 Sherman Way B-105, Reseda, CA 91335. No refunds after June 1st 2012.
